Bottom Line = Good Business Information for Skin Care Professionals

  1. If you pull a product off the shelf, anyone else can pull that product off the shelf and sell it to your clients, including the manufacturer. However, when you custom blend, you have the formulas; therefore, your clients will have to come back to you to purchase more.
  2. Your profit margin with a custom blended product is substantially greater. You make more money from your investment and you have less money tied up in inventory because you can do more with the products you have.
  3. Skin Blends is only available to licensed professionals with a treatment room and insurance, and who have made a commitment to our training program. We do not allow Skin Blends to be sold on-line, on television, in direct mail catalogs, or in retail stores.
  4. When custom blending, you do not need to carry several product lines (e.g. a product line for eyes, a product line for sensitive skin, a seaweed line, a vitamin line, etc.). Additives can be blended into the base products to make new formulas. Whenever a wonderful new ingredient appears, we do not have to reformulate our products; we can simply add a new additive.
  5. Skin Blends container options are clean, clinical, and gender neutral. You will not need separate products and containers for your male clients. You are the skin care expert and your clients will want to use the products you tell them are best for their skin. Fancy containers are needed by skin care products to entice customers to choose from the shelf, but they don't do anything to improve the performance of the product.
